Primary Fluid Systems Inc. is an essential, small business located in Mount Hope, Ontario. We are a certified living wage employer. We manufacture and sell metering pump accessories for use in the water & wastewater treatment industries, as well as oil & gas.

Having been in business for over thirty years and with a reputation for selling quality products, we have a consistent customer base world-wide. We sell our products locally and internationally, with regular shipments to the U.S., Australia, and U.A.E.

We are currently hiring for the Sales Order Desk position within our Sales department. This individual would be working with our Inside Technical Sales Representatives to input orders and provide basic customer assistance (usually regarding product price & availability) via telephone and e-mail. The Sales Order Desk role is an entry-level position and intended to provide support by taking on more of the administrative tasks related to order input and follow-up.

On-the-job training will be provided. Individuals with prior technical experience an asset.

Reliable transportation is a must as our facility is outside of bus service.

Job Details
- Full-time, 75 hours / two weeks, Monday through Friday (No weekends, no overtime requirements) between 8:00am and 4:00pm
- Short closure over the winter holidays. Short summer closure.

- Start date: As soon as possible
