Hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager with a background in Call Center Management.

This role has one objective: Make the phones ring.

What You’ll Own

- Own and grow 3 lead sources
- Train, Hire and Motivate the sales team
- Manage inbound/outbound call operations
- Track leads, calls, and appointment bookings
- Suggest new ideas and strategies
- Weekly meetings with owners

What We’re Looking For

- Call center management experience is required
- Generate leads and maintain conversion
- Drive, ambition, entrepreneur attitude
