Fountains of Mission Retirement Residence Lead the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates Maintain accurate prospect records in Yardi CRM and use insights to guide sales priorities Build and nurture referral networks and community partnerships to generate leads Represent Chartwell at events to increase visibility and drive local engagement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming resident experience Partner with Marketing on promotional events and materials Contribute to leadership meetings, strategic planning,
