Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling.

Your ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will be essential in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Visit Potential customers and grow company's market share
- Meet with Existing customers and help to grow customers orders
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience




- Support sales efforts by promoting products that meet customer needs

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices and professional demeanor
