We're seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Mechanic for a full time position in Saskatoon. Help ensure a safe environment by maintaining and servicing key facility systems. As part of the Property Management Team, you will report to the Building Operator while overseeing crucial building systems, including HVAC and boiler operations.

This role involves conducting routine maintenance, minor repairs, and grounds-keeping duties, all aimed at maintaining our facilities to high standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and operate HVAC and mechanical systems
- Conduct safe operation of boiler and air conditioning
- Analyze and perform boiler water tests and repairs
- Ensure facility safety and compliance with standards
- Conduct regular building maintenance and grounds-keeping
