As an HSE Superintendent, you will be a vital player in incident prevention and fostering a safety-first mindset among rig personnel.
This leadership position requires extensive field engagement (80%) and collaboration with both operations management and field leaders to uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field audits to evaluate compliance with safety protocols
- Deliver HSE training and promote safety management systems
- Monitor site safety performance and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate operational safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits and field observations
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in OH&S; (accredited)
- 3-5 years of relevant drilling experience
- Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation
- Experience in incident investigation and safety regulations
- Willingness to travel extensively across Western Canada
