Your hands-on experience with Learning and Talent Management modules is essential to gather requirements and facilitate change management. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance user experiences across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and clarify business requirements for Workday modules
- Work with Learning & Development stakeholders on process design




- Lead design reviews and facilitate requirements workshops
- Manage testing phases, including UAT and defect triage
- Design training materials to bolster user adoption and understanding

Requirements:

- 3-5+ years as a Workday Business Analyst
- Experience in Workday HCM implementation or optimization
- Understanding of learning assignments and performance workflows
- Proven ability to create effective training materials
- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
