BV Canada LTD is part of a well-established U.S.-based e-commerce and wholesale business with nearly 20 years of experience in the video surveillance and security industry. As we expand into the Canadian market, we are opening our first office in Ontario and building a local sales team from the ground up.

About the Role

At BV, we don’t just train you to sell—we train you to understand what you sell.

Our B2B Sales Representatives begin by building a strong technical foundation in video surveillance products and customer support. You’ll learn how our products work, how to troubleshoot common issues, and how to recommend the right solutions for different customer needs.

You’ll begin by focusing on hard drive sales, giving you the opportunity to develop your prospecting, account management, and closing skills with a focused product line. As your experience and performance grow, you’ll have opportunities to expand into our broader video surveillance product portfolio and take on greater responsibility for territory development.

What You’ll Do

Build Your Technical Foundation

- Learn our video surveillance products through hands-on technical and customer support training
- Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build strong product knowledge and technical confidence before transitioning into sales





Start Selling & Build Your Territory

- Begin with B2B hard drive sales and develop a strong foundation in prospecting, account management, and closing
- Prospect and develop new accounts through calls, networking, and field visits
- Build relationships with security installers, integrators, contractors, distributors, and commercial customers
- Prepare quotes, negotiate opportunities, close deals, and manage your sales pipeline through CRM
- Grow your assigned territory and expand into additional video surveillance products as your experience develops
- Spend approximately 30% of your work schedule on outside sales, including customer visits and business development
- Travel periodically to the United States for training, customer meetings, trade shows, and other business activities

Qualifications

- Associate degree or higher
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in video surveillance, security, low-voltage, electronics, or distribution sales is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a solid asset

Job Type: Full-time, onsite Salary Range: Base Salary CAD$40,000 - $50,000 + commission
