Duties

- Monitor entrances and exits to authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper identification and clearance.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises, detect suspicious activity, and prevent theft or vandalism.
- Perform routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.




- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing behaviors that may indicate theft or misconduct and intervening appropriately.
- Enforce security policies and procedures consistently while providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems is essential for effective monitoring.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and safeguard assets.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify unusual or suspicious activity quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and emergency personnel.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive situations professionally.
- Basic understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and safety regulations relevant to the role.
