As a Facility Security Officer, you play an essential role in delivering top-notch security and service for fans attending sports and entertainment events. You will actively manage incidents, assist in emergencies, and maintain compliance with organizational safety standards.

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts to accommodate event schedules. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide proactive fan service at events
- Address service-related issues with courtesy
- Evaluate and report security incidents
- Support emergency protocols and procedures
- Maintain MLSE's house policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old
- Valid Security License (Bill C-159) is essential
- Previous security field experience
- Certification in First-Aid/CPR required
- Smart Serve certification is necessary
