The Assurance Senior

Associate position involves coordinating complex audits and mentoring junior team members, all while applying RSM’s Global Audit Methodology. Exceptional service and communication will be crucial to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage audits of complex financial statements and disclosures
- Develop understanding of client needs and provide insights




- Monitor engagement productivity and facilitate fieldwork
- Communicate significant issues to senior management
- Provide feedback on financial statements and deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
- CPA license or active CPA pursuit in your province
- 2-3 years of recent public accounting assurance experience
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective project management capabilities
