Crosby Volkswagen has an immediate opening for an Senior Automotive Service Advisor. Our service department needs an additional team member as our service business is growing rapidly in our current facility at 632 Victoria Street North.

We offer a supportive environment with efficient processes, teamwork, and coaching. Manufacturer specific training and warranty procedures are provided through web-based training modules. We use Serti as our dealer software, but if it’s not familiar to you we provide on-the-job training to ensure you become adept at using it.

The position includes a base salary, along with a monthly bonus earned on a percentage of sales and meeting required customer satisfaction scores. Total compensation ranges based on performance,



but can be expected to be between $70,000-$95,000. We provide a benefit plan through Canada Life, as well as matching RRSP program after 1 year of employment. We also have an enhanced vacation policy based on tenure.

We’re looking for someone who can provide our customers with attentive relational service experience and support while their vehicles are in for maintenance or repair, while demonstrating leadership to your fellow teammembers. We require an organized and results driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, has strong interpersonal skills, and works well in a team setting.

Requirements for the position are basic automotive mechanical knowledge, and experience in the customer service and/or auto industry is preferred.
