Location: Sudbury OR Barrie, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a rapidly growing team. This role is well suited to a civil engineer with strong detailed design experience and a background in land development and municipal infrastructure , particularly water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and complete civil engineering designs for land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, design calculations, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
- Design and coordinate water, wastewater, stormwater, drainage, grading, roads, and site servicing infrastructure.
- Manage projects from preliminary design through detailed design and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical review, quality control, and mentorship to junior staff.
- Support construction activities, including site reviews, RFIs, contractor submissions, and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications

- An engineering degree
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility for licensure.




- Strong experience with detailed civil engineering design and project delivery .
- Demonstrated experience working on land development projects.
- Experience designing water and wastewater infrastructure .
- Experience with municipal servicing, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and road design.
- Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work effectively with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams.
