Our team specialises in delivering consultancy, secretarial, project, and technical services to clients, while also supporting internal teams, firm-wide projects, and focus groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you’ll work on a diverse range of projects and initiatives. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills , coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering pension scheme client services . Maintain and enhance key governance documentation and policies, ensuring compliance with scheme governance requirements and supporting Trustee boards in meeting Effective System of Governance standards.

Lead and support a variety of projects, ensuring timely delivery to clients and internal teams, while drafting and maintaining detailed project plans.



Produce and present high-quality reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism for both internal and client audiences. Commit to personal growth and continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest pensions legislation and industry developments.

Proven expertise in pension scheme management, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development. Project management experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to deliver results in agile environments. In-depth understanding of pension scheme governance requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
