As a Senior Manager, Content, you enjoy putting pen to paper and crafting social media and content strategies to better help our clients show up in their industry, make positive connections within their community and ultimately drive towards outlined KPIs. You value the importance of data, insights, and planning and will be responsible for the development, oversight and ownership of our client’s social media strategies. You have experience with integrated digital marketing views and can leverage those learnings to deliver hard working omnichannel thinking to your strategies.
Success in this role means you wake up feeling inspired every day to look for opportunities to better help clients reach the right audience in the organic and paid social space. This role requires you to work seamlessly with social media, creative, strategy, and media to deliver a collaborative approach. In working closely with Social Media Associates and Managers, you will offer a degree of mentorship and support.
We operate in a fast-paced, agile environment which means wearing many hats, being able to change direction quickly, and showing an eagerness to learn new technologies as the need arises. Integrated digital marketing view with experience on both organic and paid campaigns. Translating social media analytics into strategic business insights for clients.
Lean on data and insights using native platform apps and a variety of tools to pull pertinent data for social media audits. Cross-collaborating with other teams to build, manage and evolve social media strategies and performance. Developing integrated social media & influencer campaign strategies, synthesizing community, cultural and category insights to communicate priorities.
Align existing content to the stages of the audience journey, while proactively identifying gaps and priorities in social content execution.
Oversee the creation of social media reports and analytics across all social networks. Keep on top of the latest social media best practices, technologies and trends.
The ability to prioritize work to achieve quality deliverables by required milestone dates. The ability to translate and apply what has been learned from client(s) calls to improve quality of deliverables. Brings any areas of chance for increased performance or trend participation to Account Team What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have? 5+ years of social media–specific experience, client side or agency ~ Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Threads ~ Strong command of KPIs, data, and insights, with the ability to identify which metrics matter and communicate them concisely ~ General understanding of paid media and search engine optimization ~ Highly creative, with strong writing skills French language proficiency We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support our hiring process.
