Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the client in achieving personal goals toward independence
• Provide daily living and personal care assistance
• Promote participation in community activities and recreation
• Maintain a safe and nurturing living environment
• Collaborate closely with family and support teams
Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation/Social Services with 2 years’ experience
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration
• Obtain recent Vulnerable Police clearance check within 6 months
