Key Responsibilities: • Manage RFIs, submittals,



and project documentation • Coordinate with project teams to resolve outstanding issues • Oversee change processes and maintain documentation • Assist in budget updates and cost control • Ensure project schedules are developed and monitored

Requirements: • 4+ years in construction project coordination • Diploma or degree in a relevant field • Solid grasp of construction methods and documentation • Experienced in subcontractor management • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
