We aim to fill a part time position for a Youth Program Instructor at our Silver Birches, Ferris Glen, and East Ferris After School Program sites. You'll lead fun, safe activities while communicating effectively with children and their guardians daily. Relevant qualifications include an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and experience in supervising youth activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging program activities
• Supervise and interact actively with program participants
• Implement behavior management techniques
• Ensure participant safety and security at all times
• Maintain supply inventory and request materials
Requirements:
• Possession of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma preferred
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
• Experience in group activities is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Police Record Check with vulnerable sector required
