As a key leader in our Claims unit, you'll manage the Casualty & Litigation Claims team, focusing on enhancing the customer experience while ensuring timely claims adjudication. Your role involves coaching Claims Adjusters, guiding technical processes, and actively engaging in strategic initiatives. With your analytical mindset, you'll help the team stay on the cutting edge of claims management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee day-to-day activities of Claims Adjusters • Ensure effective investigation and settlement of claims • Mentor and train team members for optimal performance • Monitor Key Performance Indicators to assess productivity • Communicate effectively with Claimants and Brokers

Requirements: • At least 10 years in property and casualty insurance • 3-5 years in a claims leadership role • Expertise in CGL and Auto BI insurance areas • Relevant post-secondary education in Insurance • CIP designation underway or completed
