Key Responsibilities:



• Contact and assess pre-arrangement needs of client families • Promote the Pre Need Funeral planning program • Generate leads through referrals and community outreach • Host seminars and events on pre-need planning • Maintain accurate contracts and client files

Requirements: • Completion of funeral pre-planning courses preferred • Proven background in customer service and sales • Strong community involvement and networking skills • Ability to exceed sales targets • Commitment to Arbor's core values of compassion and teamwork
