As part of the Midwich group, SFM is looking for a Field Technical Specialist with deep knowledge in Systems Integration and 3-5 years of relevant experience in AV. This role interfaces closely with sales divisions and provides support in both pre-sale and post-sale environments. You will be responsible for delivering skilled services and troubleshooting systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop AV solutions and document technical processes • Troubleshoot equipment and provide customer assistance • Assemble and program engaging product demos • Assist Sales Representatives with technical presentations • Attend international trade shows for product training

Requirements: • 3-5 years experience in AV design or project management • Proficient in audio and video integration concepts • Relevant degree in AV, Networking, or Electronics • Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Salesforce • Must possess valid driver’s license and passport
