Canada Life is seeking a Team Manager for Disability Intervention Services in Langley, BC. You will supervise Rehabilitation and Medical Consultants, coach staff, recruit and mentor new hires, and ensure cost-effective service delivery across disability management programs.

The role requires leadership, robust communication, and a security clearance. Base salary ranges between $71,900 and $119,800 CAD annually, with additional rewards.
