Improve hiring-manager capability through consistent interviewing and selection practices. Coach managers on routine attendance, performance, conduct, conflict, and day-to-day employee matters.

Experience supporting an hourly workforce and handling complex employee relations, health and safety, and difficult-to-fill recruitment. ~ Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment and workplace legislation and practical HR practices. ~ Demonstrated experience implementing or significantly improving an HRIS or payroll system is strongly preferred. ~
