SRG London is recruiting for a SR.HRBP/HR Manager for a reputable manufacturer in London, ON. This position reports to the GM and is responsible for 2 locations. This stand alone HR role is for an existing vacancy.

- Onsite role Responsibilities (Not limited to: ) - Lead the implementation of the new payroll and HR system in partnership with Finance and IT.
- Strengthen recruiting strategies with broader sourcing and proactive talent pipelines.
- Improve hiring-manager capability through consistent interviewing and selection practices.
- Coach managers on routine attendance, performance, conduct, conflict, and day-to-day employee matters.




- Partner with leadership to reinforce accountability, consistency, manager ownership, and workplace culture.

Requirement

- 7 years of progressive experience from manufacturing is ideal
- Experience supporting an hourly workforce and handling complex employee relations, health and safety, and difficult-to-fill recruitment.
- Solid working knowledge of Ontario employment and workplace legislation and practical HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or significantly improving an HRIS or payroll system is strongly preferred.
