This position demands over 20 years of experience in planning, design, and compliance monitoring related to radiation.

You'll be responsible for leading the radiation science practice, directing technical teams, and building relationships with clients while delivering high-quality services and developing recent business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct technical staff and manage client interactions
- Develop strategic delivery approaches for projects




- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across projects
- Optimize resource allocation and financial management
- Deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Requirements:

- 20+ years of relevant experience in the nuclear field
- Master’s Degree in Nuclear Science or equivalent
- PgMP certification would be advantageous
- Exceptional managerial and communication skills
- Familiarity with industrial and First Nations projects
