Lead impactful change at MCC Canada as the Senior Director of International Program. In this full time leadership role, you’ll serve as a pivotal member of MCC Canada’s Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction in international programs.

Collaborating closely with both Canadian and U.S. offices, your focus will be on aligning priorities, managing resources, and fostering innovation to deliver effective solutions that resonate with MCC's mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Design cohesive program plans in alignment with Board directions
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting processes




- Coach area directors to enhance leadership capacity
- Monitor compliance with program standards and legalities
- Promote a culture of safeguarding and healthy dynamics
