You’ll bridge logistics with quality management by enforcing safety standards and optimizing processes. Your analytical skills will be key in improving operations while adhering to Mars' strict Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics cost control and financial reporting
- Manage monthly discussions with fuel consultants for cost optimization
- Analyze OSD claims to identify root causes
- Drive carrier performance through Quarterly Performance Reviews
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain
- 5+ years in logistics and distribution
- Exposure to Quality in manufacturing is preferred
- Certified Canadian Logistics Professional designation is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis with solid analytical skills
