You will lead the NPI process for advanced analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineers to drive success in various projects while mentoring junior engineers to promote knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive NPI activities from conception to release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launch success
- Define Design for Manufacturability and Testability requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive product characterization plans
- Analyze data across PVT variations for yield optimization Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor technology or engineering
