The Senior Operations

Manager oversees the operational execution of rail and trucking services supporting Teck operations. You'll be accountable for managing contracts, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering financial results. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contractual relationships with subcontractors
- Oversee daily rail operations and transportation lanes
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions




- Maintain full P&L; oversight for assigned contracts

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in transportation and logistics
