Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Portfolio Program Manager to assist with planning, drive, and support successful delivery of multiple complex initiatives within an IT portfolio

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton. Hybrid work model of in-office and WFH.

Must Haves:

- 8+ years of experience as a Porfolio Manager of Program Manager with a focus on SDLC project delivery
- Experience in Cyber Security , ITSM, Identity and Access Management, and IT Infrastructure project delivery
- Experience in a Hybrid , Agile , and stage-gated delivery frameworks
- Portfolio management across complex multi-domain programs with budget, stakeholder, and delivery oversight
- Strong ability to manage multiple cross functional deliveries with periodical changes and competing priorities.

Strong Nice to Haves:

- PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or related delivery and service management certifications
- Vendor contract agreement and change coordination

Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-year portfolios of programs and projects across Common Groups business units
- Direct teams in developing end-to-end delivery plans, schedules, and objectives
- Manage stakeholder and senior executive relationships across delivery initiatives
- Support development and maintenance of business unit delivery roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Oversee delivery of Infrastructure, IT, Cyber Security, and enterprise solutions
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, and evolving project priorities across programs
- Liaise with vendors regarding contract agreements and changes
