- Lead and manage large, multi-million dollar construction projects from initiation through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and implement effective cost control measures
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks, making timely and sound decisions to keep projects on track
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards
- Support and mentor project team members
- Travel to project sites and client locations as required

Requirements

- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large construction projects, including multi-million dollar contracts
- Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and change order management
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as required




- Transmission line experience is an asset
- P.Eng or PLS designation is an asset, but not required
