Knuckles seeks a Senior Technical Designer to manage style development from concept through production. You will create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Tech Packs, ensuring design intent and quality are preserved. This role requires effective communication across departments and strong project management skills while maintaining a focus on deadlines and tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage style development timelines and accuracy
- Create and maintain accurate BOMs and Tech Packs




- Contribute to cross-functional meetings on outstanding issues
- Collaborate with Size and Fit teams to ensure fit accuracy
- Mentor and train new Product Development team members

Requirements:

- 4-5 years in an Outerwear Development role
- Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
- Technical Design experience in outerwear preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Robust communication and organization skills
