Responsibilities : Lead the entire UXdesign process, from the discovery phase to implementation and go-live, ensuring aseamless user experience throughout. Collaborate closely withcross-functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulatethe project goals, and define user and business needs. Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providingguidance and support throughout the development process.

Continuously iterate andimprove designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emergingindustry trends.



Act as a mentor andprovide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements ~3+ years of relevant experience in participating in complex projects (products) of different sizes, ensuring alignment to plans, best practices and incorporating user-centred design processes and agile (scrum) methodologies. ~ Expertise in UX software such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin. HTML5, CSS3, and JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS), are a plus. ~ Ability to clearly write user-friendly content for related design
