Responsibilities

- Lead the entire UXdesign process, from the discovery phase to implementation and go-live, ensuring aseamless user experience throughout.
- Collaborate closely withcross-functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulatethe project goals, and define user and business needs.
- Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providingguidance and support throughout the development process.
- Continuously iterate andimprove designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emergingindustry trends.




- Act as a mentor andprovide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in participating in complex projects (products) of different sizes, ensuring alignment to plans, best practices and incorporating user-centred design processes and agile (scrum) methodologies.

- Expertise in UX software such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin. HTML5, CSS3, and JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS), are a plus.

- Ability to clearly write user-friendly content for related design
