- Collaborate with team leaders, regional market leaders, service line leaders, and business group leaders to support water-related projects in Eastern Canada, across North America, and internationally
- Build and mentor a team of water engineering professionals
- Participate in business development, industry conferences and events, and the pursuit, acquisition, and delivery of projects
- Foster collaboration across business groups and service lines to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the development of proposals to win targeted contracts
- Manage and lead the delivery of technical projects, ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget
- Travel occasionally for site visits and to meet with clients during the design and construction phases

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, water resources engineering, or a related discipline
- Be a member in valuable standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- Hold a valid ASP Construction card
- 10 years of experience in water engineering and project management, including 5 years of team management experience in project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop, mentor,



and lead professional technical staff
- Master’s degree in civil, chemical, environmental, water resources engineering, or a related discipline is an asset
- PMP certification or a related degree in engineering management is an asset
