Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our energetic team. Shifts are between 8 am and 4 pm for the off season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional service while crafting delicious drinks for our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar's efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible serving practices.




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high service standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or similar roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations.
- A background in hospitality is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
