Responsibilities

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
- Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing dishes, assembling orders, and restocking supplies in the kitchen and service stations
- Handle food handling responsibilities with adherence to safety protocols, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through friendly communication,



prompt service, and attentive hospitality
- Able to lift between 25kg and 30kg

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus, especially in roles involving serving, food preparation, or cashiering
- Familiarity with POS systems such as clover or similar platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
