Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments with multiple tables or stations
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food preparation processes and restaurant operations is advantageous
