Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation, food safety practices, and proper food handling procedures to meet health standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow and positive environment

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling protocols
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen environments is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
