Guelph Volkswagen is looking for a full time Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team. The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and in-person appointments. The right candidate will be dependable, have a positive attitude and above average customer service skills. This position is performance-driven and customer service-focused.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Electronically schedule appointments.
- Obtain all the relevant information from each customer, including name,



phone number, vehicle model and service required
- Generate and maintain appointment schedules
- Follow-up with customers who miss scheduled appointments
- send service reminders to customers
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures
