We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our great team at our Winnipeg Branch for a temporary contract running from October 2026 through January 2028.

RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our service operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include:

- Proactively monitoring service agreements;
- Coordinating appointments with clients;
- Scheduling technicians for various service calls;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the computer system;
- Processing warranty claims, as required;
- Ordering and tracking parts for work orders;
- Providing excellent customer service and contributing to customer loyalty;
- Promoting the company’s products, services and professional image.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or similar position;




- Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset;
- Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team;
- A high level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills;
- Solid multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Proficiency with Windows and Excel; experience with POS systems and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
