Join a managed security service provider and outsourced technology partner dedicated to delivering intelligent threat detection, compliance management, and strategic IT leadership. The organization operates as a comprehensive off-site security and technology department for its clients, providing reliable system protection and virtual executive consulting. The organization is expanding its team and is looking to appoint an IT Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will deliver technical support across client endpoint, network, and remote-user environments while maintaining qualified communication.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting core productivity platforms, operating systems, and network VPNs using established team runbooks and documentation. Additionally, the ideal candidate will occasionally perform on-site technical resolution and maintenance at client locations when required. Provide IT support to clients,



including endpoint, network, and remote-user issues.

Troubleshoot VPN, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows environments, and potentially servers. Support some Mac and Linux client environments where needed. Work from runbooks, documentation, and team training rather than needing to be an expert in every technology on day one.

Communicate directly with clients throughout support work. Occasionally attend client sites in the GTA for hands-on support; 1–2 years of IT support experience. ~ Endpoint, network, and remote-user support experience. ~ Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially Outlook and Teams; Primarily Windows support experience. ~ Clear written and spoken customer communication. ~
