In this field-based position, you'll liaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and trades to uphold safety compliance. Tasks include conducting site inspections and addressing hazards immediately, with the autonomy to act on unsafe conditions. Collaborate within a supportive team, providing first aid coverage and maintaining necessary documentation for incidents and training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the onsite safety representative for immediate hazard response
• Communicate safety expectations clearly and ensure corrective actions




• Conduct regular inspections and document findings
• Provide first aid and manage incident records
• Complete daily safety reporting before shift end

Requirements:
• Current WorkSafeBC Level 2 First Aid certification
• Strong knowledge of the BC Workers Compensation Act
• Experience on multi-trade construction sites
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Physically fit for site inspections and tasks
