Coach franchise owners on revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, and overall business performance
Review financial and operational results, identify gaps, and develop practical improvement plans
Support new franchisees as they launch, win and manage projects, protect margins, and build solid operational foundations
Guide established owners as they expand into additional crews, territories, locations, or services
Lead goal-setting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews focused on sustainable growth and long-term business value
Design and facilitate structured coaching cohorts focused on growth, execution, and accountability
Encourage peer learning, best-practice sharing, and collaborative problem-solving across the franchise network
Provide timely and consistent guidance through internal franchisee communication channels
Identify high-performing franchisees who can serve as mentors and use cohort insights to improve system-wide support
Help franchise owners shift from working in the business to leading and growing the business
Support the development of managers and leadership teams within franchise locations
Establish clear priorities, action plans, and accountability rhythms that strengthen execution and follow-through
Act as a trusted advisor to franchise owners while partnering with internal teams to keep coaching aligned across the network
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in business coaching, multi-unit operations, franchise support, or a related leadership role
Proven success improving revenue, profitability, or P&L; performance
Strong financial and business acumen,



with the ability to turn data into clear action plans
Experience leading group coaching sessions, workshops, peer groups, or leadership meetings
Confidence working directly with business owners, managers, and executive leaders
Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and emotional intelligence
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on coaching
Experience in construction, home services, or another operationally complex industry is strongly preferred
Franchising experience and familiarity with EOS are considered assets
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities
Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time across Canada and the US
Must be able to work full-time on an ongoing basis in Canada, subject to stated work authorization conditions
