In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Human Resources to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure smooth HR operations. Engage in full-cycle recruitment, lead employee relations investigations, and coordinate professional development efforts to build a robust workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive HR strategy in partnership with leadership
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Plan employee engagement events and surveys
• Support offboarding and exit interview processes
• Maintain HR documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Supervisory experience and strong HR background
• Familiarity with HRIS and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
