In this position, you will conduct thorough inspections during various stages of production to prevent non-conforming materials from entering the supply chain. Your responsibilities include utilizing advanced measuring equipment and maintaining accurate inspection records. You will also support the team in audits and corrective actions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality inspections in line with established standards
• Conduct first article inspections and document findings
• Utilize CMM and other tools for dimension verification
• Prepare NCRs and CARs as needed
• Support QA monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments
• Technical writing and communication proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
