Key Responsibilities:
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests autonomously
• Provide pharmacologic prescriptions and perform minor invasive procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Implement and evaluate complex care strategies
• Teach and support staff and patients on health issues
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Preference for Indigenous language competency
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
