Bring your skills to the role of Social Worker – Registered Therapist 1 in the Clinical Oversight Service, working with youth facing Complex Special Needs in Ontario. This position offers a supportive, community-based approach to therapy.

In this full time role, you will be responsible for developing behavior plans and training both parents and in-home workers. Your ability to work collaboratively with families, community partners, and children/youth will ensure effective service delivery. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to provide both in-person and virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor behavior implementation plans
• Train and guide parents/caregivers effectively
• Ensure oversight of in-home workers




• Develop creative visual supports for clients
• Carry out data collection and analysis for progress assessments

Requirements:
• Current B.S.W. or similar qualification
• Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist certification
• 3-4 years of clinical experience required
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Proficiency in communication and organization
