Join our team as a Maintenance Manager focused on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies. This full time on-site role will leverage your engineering background to ensure top-tier equipment reliability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields with a passion for project management. You will identify equipment issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to developing PM procedures. Additionally, you will engage plant employees in TPM and oversee crucial maintenance projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Determine equipment failures and recommend solutions
• Develop and improve Preventative Maintenance procedures
• Train staff on TPM and technical issues




• Supervise and assign work to department employees
• Assess and optimize equipment reliability strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, and leadership
• Experience with SAP and predictive maintenance tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in managing maintenance projects

Maximize plant efficiency and reliability through expert maintenance management.
