Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Meat Department operations according to company standards
• Develop action plans for operational improvements
• Lead and mentor Team Members for career development
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labeling regulations




• Monitor customer service standards and address feedback

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Meat Cutting Certification or 2 years of meat cutting experience
• Two years of Calgary Co-op supervisory or three years of retail supervisory experience
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with suppliers and manage team dynamics
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety policies
